I oversee the business infrastructure, performance and profitability of CSD’s domestic and international contact centers. With over 25 years of experience in the contact center and telecommunications industries, I’ve managed and directed the start-up deployment of contact centers nationwide. I also broke ground overseas by administering the start-up of the telecommunications relay service (TRS), CapTel captioning services, video relay service (VRS), video relay interpreting and equipment distribution program for New Zealand
