Chief Technology Officer
I work with CSD because it has been and continues to be uniquely positioned to make a positive and deeply meaningful impact upon the lives of countless Deaf and hard of hearing individuals through its many products, services, and initiatives. In a world where rapidly advancing technology is touching nearly every aspect of our lives, CSD has the capacity through its technology centered initiative, CSD Labs, to ensure those advancements are efficiently utilized to identify, develop, and implement solutions capable of making more apparent the incredible value Deaf people bring to the workplace and society, and increasing the number of self-empowered, self-actualized Deaf individuals.
I am a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Science and Villanova University with an MBA. In the data privacy realm, I hold a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). I currently serve as Chair of the Board Directors for the Deaf Hearing Communication Centre (DHCC) in Philadelphia, as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf in Pittsburgh, and as member of the Board of Directors for the RIT/NTID Alumni Association in Rochester.
