    I work with CSD because I believe that we truly make a difference to the people we provide services for. I consider it a privilege to serve the communities that our contact centers support.

    I oversee the business infrastructure, performance and profitability of CSD’s domestic and international contact centers. With over 25 years of experience in the contact center and telecommunications industries, I’ve managed and directed the start-up deployment of contact centers nationwide. I also broke ground overseas by administering the start-up of the telecommunications relay service (TRS), CapTel captioning services, video relay service (VRS), video relay interpreting and equipment distribution program for New Zealand

    I work with CSD because it parallels my personal vision for the future. CSD has a mission to create more jobs, improve accessibility for all individuals, and ultimately change the perception of how the world views the Deaf* community.

    I have over 12 years of experience in the VRS industry, and I’m also a speaker, author, coach, presenter, and executive with a broad background in education, sales, business and management. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Business Information Systems as well as experience from an MBA Marketing program.
