Before we begin, we want to recognize that not everyone can be with their mother on Mother’s Day. Being without your mom is tough – whether it is by choice or not. Millions of people are struggling with feelings of isolation or loss. In recognition that this isn’t a day of celebration for everyone, we have provided a wide range of recommendations we hope you enjoy. Be sure to take care of yourself and reach out to your friends or family members if you need some extra support this year.

Set up a spa station at home or put together a spa package. There are plenty of ingredients that are sitting in your pantry that you can use. Becoming a mom for the first time is thrilling enough by itself. Becoming a new mom during a global pandemic must be overwhelming. Be sure to check in with your new mommy friends. You can even put together a nice care package, send some comfy clothes, or purchase online subscriptions to things they would enjoy. If you would like to help other mothers in need, consider donating your time or money to one of these organizations.  


Mother’s Day without your mother-figure is difficult. It’s natural to miss having your mother close by. You can still honor her by doing things that would make her happy.
