Save Your District Money with Microsoft's Consortium Agreement through Cooperating School Districts (CSD)
Any K-12 school system in the state of Missouri qualifies to purchase under this agreement.
School systems are not required to be CSD member school districts.
Microsoft pricing programs
o Select – is a one-time perpetual licensing of Microsoft products, upgrades are purchased as needed at a later date.
o Campus and School Agreement – annual contract based on number of PC’s with free upgrades to all Microsoft products purchased. Value driver for districts with more employees than PC’s.
o Enrollment for Education Solution – (EES) - Annual subscription focused on all educational environments. A-la-carte purchase of additional products. Tier based pricing based on FTE’s - focused on large education environments.
o Open Value Subscription – Educational Solution (OVS-ES) – new program directed at K12 – annual contract based on the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE’s) faculty and staff with new Microsoft products bundled into the contract allowing school districts to eliminate multiple vendor contracts for services like anti-virus, security, asset management, email and other collaboration services.
- All pricing programs are available through either Academic Superstore or CDW-G.
- CSD should be contacted to obtain an enrollment code to be given to your vendor of choice.
