Mr. Rhine has been teaching elementary general music at Festus R-VI school District since 1997. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance, a Bachelor of Music Education, a Master of Elementary Music and a Master of Elemenatary Administration. He has been involved with many children's choirs and has taken elementary choirs to Chicago, Disney World and many other festivals throughout the state of Missouri.
