The National Staff Development Council has a Data-Driven standard that involves the examination of student work. “Staff development that improves the learning of all students uses disaggregated student data to determine adult learning priorities, monitor progress and help sustain continuous improvement.”

The St. Louis RPDC offers programs aimed at classroom and school improvement as well as individual professional growth for educators. Our pooled resources enable the RPDC to offer cost-effective, high quality professional development with both national and local experts.

When visiting the RPDC, located at 8225 Florissant Road St. Louis, MO 63121, it will be necessary to park across the street unless you have been issued a Hang Tag OR valid UMSL Faculty/Staff sticker. The tag or sticker must be displayed on ALL vehicles using the lot adjacent to this building from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM. Handicapped parking is available at all times. Failure to display a sticker or hang tag will result in a parking ticket from UMSL police. Limited daily parking hang tags for this lot may be available if arrangements have been made with an office in this building.
